Aluminium Bending
Two 100-ton bending machines form arched and curved curtain walls and special shapes.
We add curvature
to straight profiles
Arched curtain walls, curved windows, special shapes — aluminium profiles that have passed through extrusion, coating and thermal break are bent to the curvature on your drawing and move on to machining and assembly.
Aluminium Bending is the sixth of JJTECH's nine process stages, between thermal break and machining. Two 100-ton bending machines form arched and curved curtain walls and special shapes; the bent members then pass through machining and assembly before going to site.
Unlike straight members, every curved member has its own conditions. We review the curvature and section shape on the drawing before bending, and schedule the work to fit the downstream machining and assembly. Quotes are handled as drawing-based manufacturing quotes (extrusion · coating · thermal break · bending).

Applications
Arched curtain walls
Curved members for curtain walls where the curve shows on the façade — entrances, lobbies, atriums.
Curved windows
Window frames for round and oval openings and rounded corners.
Special shapes
Non-standard members defined by drawing — canopies, louvres, decorative frames and other made-to-order work.
