Aluminium extrusion
Two 8″ · 6″ presses · 2,307 public catalogue dies — extruded exactly to your drawing.
Aluminium coating
Three lines — PVDF, powder and heat-transfer — including the PVDF coating specified for high-rise exterior windows.
Thermal-break aluminium
AZON · two polyamide rolling machines — condensation and heat loss stopped at the structure.
Aluminium bending
Two 100-ton bending machines — arched and curved curtain walls and special shapes.

JJTECH manufactures aluminium extrusions and coated and thermal-break products. System windows, curtain-wall profiles and heat-transfer wood-grain finishes are produced on our own equipment, and die design and site support are handled by the same organisation.
