Thermal-break Aluminium
With AZON thermal-break equipment and two polyamide rolling machines, we produce composite frames that meet thermal-insulation window standards. Both methods thermally separate interior and exterior aluminium, stopping condensation and heat loss at the structure.
Interior and exterior aluminium,
thermally separated
The thermal-break process inserts an insulating material into the aluminium frame to break the metal path between inside and outside. JJTECH operates both the AZON and the polyamide method, finishing extruded and coated profiles into composite frames within the same process.
Both methods thermally separate interior and exterior aluminium, stopping condensation and heat loss at the structure. The method is chosen according to the section shape, the required strength and the insulation grade.
- AZON — Polyurethane resin is poured into the cavity and cured, then the metal bridge is cut. Well suited to complex section shapes.
- Polyamide — Polyamide thermal-break strips are roll-crimped to join the inner and outer aluminium. Two rolling machines cover high-strength, high-insulation composite windows.
- Certified performance — An in-house-designed system with a KOLAS-accredited grade-1 measured result (0.771 W/㎡K). Insulation grades are secured across the full 92–236 mm width range.
