What we do

The first line of your drawing
takes shape in extrusion

JJTECH manufactures aluminium extrusions together with coated and thermal-break products. System-window and curtain-wall profiles are produced on our own equipment, and die design and site support are handled by the same organisation.

Extrusion, coating, thermal break and bending run as consecutive processes at our plant. Extrusion starts with design and tooling and is the third of nine stages that continue through coating, thermal break, bending, machining and assembly to installation.

  • 8″ extrusion press (2,000 ton) ×1 — capacity 20–25 ton/day
